1 tbsp Agave Syrup
or maple syrup
375 ml Coconut Water
5 - Ice Cubes
0.5 small Lime
20 g Porridge Oats
1 small SuperValu Fresh Organic Raw Beetroot
100 g SuperValu Frozen Mixed Berries
such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and/or blackberries
2 tbsp SuperValu Goodness Flax Seed
1 small SuperValu Peach
or nectarine, stoned
- There's no need to peel the beetroot if you scrub it well. Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz for 1 minute, until completely smooth and creamy.
- This can be made in advance and stored in the fridge overnight for a grab-and-go breakfast - just give it a stir before serving.
