A festive take on traditional stuffing.

110 g Fresh Cranberries

50 ml Port

150 g SuperValu Butter

2 tbsp SuperValu Dried Mixed Herbs
(parsley, thyme, sage) -
450 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs

2 cloves SuperValu Garlic
crushed -
0 medium SuperValu Onion
chopped finely
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- Soak the cranberries in a little port for up to an hour.
- Gently fry onion and garlic mixture with the butter until soft but not coloured.
- Allow to cool a little.
- Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix well.
- Season the stuffing.
