Standard Sausage Meat Stuffing
Makes sufficient stuffing to accompany a 4.5kg turkey.

Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Onion
- 0 - Salt
- 25 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 30 g SuperValu Fresh Sage chopped
- 15 g SuperValu Parsley chopped
- 454 g SuperValu Sausagemeat

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Either roll into balls or cook in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Place in a greased ovenproof dish in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas mark 4
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until piping hot throughout
