  1. Firstly soak the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Pour the apple juice into a small pan and bring to the boil, add the softened gelatine leaves and allow to dissolve. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Using a spoon remove the pulp from the citrus fruits and set aside, leaving the outer skin of the fruits intact.
  4. Pop a mixture of berries into each of the fruit shells, then pour the prepared jelly over the fruits and allow to set.
