Method:
Preheat the barbecue to medium and cook the sausages over indirect heat for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red chilli flakes, shallots, garlic, coriander, oregano and parsley with the lime.
Toast the buns and spread with the mayonnaise mixture, adding cherry tomatoes, red onion slices, salad leaves and grilled sausages.
