1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 - Red Onion
halved & thinly sliced -
1 - SuperValu Cucumber
finely sliced -
1 tbsp SuperValu Extra Virgin Olive Oil

crumbled/cubed -
1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Mint
roughly chopped -
1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
roughly chopped -
2 cloves SuperValu Garlic

1 - SuperValu Lemon
zest & juice -
0 - SuperValu Salt
to season -
2 - SuperValu Tomato

Method
- Place the chickpeas into a sieve and rinse under some cold water.
- Place the chickpeas into a bowl and add the vegetables, herbs and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine all the ingredients then cover until serving.
