Luxury Sausage Meat Stuffing


This stuffing recipe is perfect to accompany a Christmas turkey or goose. Or just roll it into balls to serve alongside the Christmas dinner as a seasonal garnish. This sausage meat can also be used with short crust or puff pastry to make quick and easy sausage rolls.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: 1 person

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Either roll into balls or cook in a greased ovenproof dish.
  3. Place in a greased ovenproof dish in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
  4. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until piping hot throughout.
Makes sufficient stuffing to accompany a 4.5kg turkey.
