This stuffing recipe is perfect to accompany a Christmas turkey or goose. Or just roll it into balls to serve alongside the Christmas dinner as a seasonal garnish. This sausage meat can also be used with short crust or puff pastry to make quick and easy sausage rolls.

25 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
15 g SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
454 g SuperValu Sausagemeat
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Either roll into balls or cook in a greased ovenproof dish.
- Place in a greased ovenproof dish in a preheated oven at 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
- Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until piping hot throughout.
