500 ml Chicken Stock Cube

2 dstspn Plain Flour

1 glass Red Wine

25 g SuperValu Butter
-
0 - SuperValu Whole Black Peppercorns

Method
- Place the roasting tin on the stove top on a high heat and add the flour. Stir continuously until the flour is browned.
- Pour in the wine and the stock and whisk until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the gravy to a saucepan and boil for approximately 10 minutes, remove the pan from the heat and add the butter.
- Stir for a minute or two until you have achieved a nice glossy gravy.
