Method:
1. Make the Bravas: Preheat oven (200oC) or air fryer (180oC). Toss potatoes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs. Air fry for 15 minutes or oven bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
2. Cook the Burgers: Heat BBQ or griddle pan. Grill burgers over indirect heat (or medium/low) for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
3. Place cooked potatoes on top of the burgers. Top with sauce, cheese, and salad leaves. Melt cheese under a lid (BBQ) if
desired.
4. Toast burger buns and spread with extra sauce and garlic mayo (if using).
5. Serve: Place burgers on buns, and top with remaining sauce and mayo (if using). Enjoy immediately
