These citrus ice pops are a great way to get goodness into kids and grown-ups too. Any leftover mixture will keep in the fridge until the next day once your first batch has set. The trick with my kids is to pretend they’re a big treat.

Remove the flesh of the mango from the stone and put it in a food processor or blender.
Finely grate the zest from the orange and add that too. Remove the peel from the orange and lime, segment the flesh from the membrane, discarding any pips, and add the segments to the mix.
Peel the ginger and finely grate it in. Finally, add the coconut milk and turmeric and blitz everything together until really smooth.
Divide evenly amongst the pop moulds (see the description box). Push the pop sticks down into the centre. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, until firm. Run the pop moulds under warm water for a few seconds to help loosen and release the pops.
