2tbspGarlic Paste

Method
Put the beef strips and cornflour in a large bowl and toss to coat.
Put the onions, honey, soy sauce, beef stock, sesame oil, garlic and ginger paste and chilli flakes in your slow cooker. Stir well to combine all the ingredients, then add the beef pieces and stir again until they are all coated in the sauce. Cover with the lid and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours, until the beef is completely tender.
Serve with basmati rice and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
