“You can decorate this guy anyway you wish. I love little toppings that I can scoop off with a spoon. The addition of marshmallows while you’re heating the milk makes it super light and fluffy which I love.”
Method:
Combine the milk with 150g of chocolate and half the marshmallows in a medium saucepan over a low heat. Stir occasionally until the chocolate has melted. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a hand blender, blitz to create foam.
Pour into mugs and add the remaining marshmallows, chocolate shavings and crushed maltesers.
