Terms and Conditions for the SuperValu Community Includes Everyone Club Competition
The following sets out the contractual terms and conditions on which GAA Clubs may enter The SuperValu Community Includes Everyone Club Competition which has a prize fund of €5,000. The winning Club will receive €5,000 to be used to hold a Community Includes Everyone Day with and support other club initiatives aimed at improving the diversity and inclusion of the GAA Club. The competition is open to all GAA Clubs in the Republic of Ireland only.
SuperValu Ireland is working in partnership with the GAA to increase diversity and inclusion within the GAA.
All GAA Clubs in the Republic of Ireland are invited to enter their club to be in with a chance of winning €5,000 to support diversity and inclusion within their club.
The winning Club will receive €5,000 to be used to hold a Community Includes Everyone Day and support other club initiatives aimed at improving the diversity and inclusion of the GAA Club. The competition is open to all GAA Clubs in the Republic of Ireland only.
The winning club will be selected by an internal SuperValu Ireland panel based on having answered a general knowledge question and entry form submission.
Competition opens on Tuesday the 25th of April and closes on the 12th of June 2023.Winners will be announced on or before the 30th October 2023.
SuperValu Community Includes Everyone Club Competition - How to Enter
The application must be made in the name of the participating GAA Club. The entry submission must be accompanied by all of the information requested on www.supervalu.ie. Any entry without all of the required information will be deemed not to be a valid entry and will not progress in the competition.
The successful GAA Club will receive €5,000 which is to be used to host a Community Includes Everyone day and support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives in the GAA Club. The prize is non-transferable, and no alternatives will be offered in lieu.
The promoter is Musgrave Limited trading as Musgrave Retail Partners Ireland, Tramore Road, Cork (“Musgrave”). The SuperValu Community Includes Everyone Club Competition will run from the 24th April 2023 to
Closing date for entries is midnight on the 12th June 2023. Each entry form must be completed as outlined in section 4 above in order for it to be deemed a valid entry and for it to be eligible for the draw.
Each GAA Club can only submit one entry per GAA Club. Multiple entries will be deemed ineligible.
Please note that the decision of Musgrave in relation to eligible entries be final in this regard. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. Musgrave will not take any responsibility for any technical failure or malfunction which may result in an entry being delayed, lost or not properly registered or recorded.
By entering the competition, the GAA Club agree that they can be contacted in the future by Musgrave in relation to the SuperValu Community Includes everyone Club Competition and other relevant GAA initiatives.
By entering into the competition, the winning GAA Club consents to be part of any promotional coverage surrounding the competition, free of charge/without compensation, that may be run or initiated by Musgrave across all forms of media, including but not limited to, television, radio, promotion and all social media and internet for the purposes that Musgrave elects. Musgrave is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any promotional materials relating to the SuperValu Community Includes Everyone Club Competition.
The draw will be held on a date post the 12th of June. (on such date as Musgrave may elect at its discretion) and winners will be confirmed and notified within 28 days of the date of the draw. Winners will be notified by phone via the phone number provided with the entry. Prizes are as stated; no alternative will be offered. The result of the draw is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Entry by a participating GAA Club to the competition will be considered a full & unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this competition.
If the winning GAA Club cannot be contacted or take any other required action to claim the prize within one month of the receipt of the notification from Musgrave, Musgrave reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the entries validly entered before the closing date.
While Musgrave will use every effort to ensure the SuperValu Community Includes Everyone competition is open until the intended closing date Musgrave reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the SuperValu Community Includes Everyone competition (including these terms and conditions) in whole or in part at any time. Any amendments will be published on the website at www.supervalu.ie.Musgrave will endeavour to give 7 days' notice of such a cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. If this is not possible Musgrave shall give entrants as much notice as it reasonably can.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the Courts of the Republic of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
