Clashganny Organic Farm
Richard and Sheila have been growing their crisp juicy organic eating apples for more than 20 years in their organic orchards near Portlaw Co Waterford.
Our apples grow organically and so are free of chemicals and pesticides. We supply delicious eating apples to our many customers around the country.
Several years ago, we identified that there were very few Irish Organic apple products available in Ireland. It was also clear that people were more informed about food and drinks with health benefits. Also, people were interested in using supplements and natural “good for you” foods for their health.
Based on all of this and the ready supply of juicy organic apples at our farm, we decided to develop an Irish Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
As a small producer, Food Academy gave us the support and confidence we needed to take the chance and do this. Having the opportunity to have our product on the shelves in Supervalu is a terrific bonus.
Now we can give you the goodness from our organic eating apples in our organic apple cider vinegar!
