GARNACHA

We’re Andrea (from Mexico) and Andrew (from Ireland), and together we founded Garnacha in 2021 after a six-month culinary adventure through Mexico. Travelling from bustling street markets to rural kitchens, we fell in love with the richness, depth, and soul of Mexican food — especially its salsas. We knew we had to bring those flavours back to Ireland in the most authentic way possible. 

Garnacha is our way of sharing the heritage, vibrancy, and heart of Mexico — one jar at a time. 

Our salsas are handcrafted in small batches using whole, natural ingredients — never any preservatives, additives, or shortcuts. We cook, blend, and balance every salsa with care, using sun-dried chilies, juicy tomatoes, roasted peppers, peanuts, herbs, and spices that honour traditional recipes and techniques. 

We now offer three unique salsas: 
🌶️ Chipotle Salsa – smoky, bold, and earthy, with a mix of chipotle, guajillo, and pasilla chilies. 
🔥 Habanero Salsa – fiery and sweet, with roasted red peppers and habanero chilies for that perfect kick. 
🥜 Peanut Salsa – creamy, rich, and nutty, with smoky chipotles and toasted peanuts – a salsa like no other. 

All our salsas are vegan friendly, gluten free, low in sugar and calories, and endlessly versatile. Use them as dips, sauces, marinades or condiments — throw a spoonful on your eggs, toast, tacos, pizza, pasta, soup... anything, really. 

Salsa on everything is our mojo. 

We believe in food that’s bold, joyful, and made with real love. And we hope every jar of Garnacha brings a little bit of Mexico to your kitchen.
