150gSuperValu Spinach
1 - Sweet Potatoes
peeled and cut into small chunks
Method

Place the sweet potato into a pan with a little water and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat and cook until very tender.
Add the spinach to the pan and cook for a further minute. Remove from the heat and using a blender or food processor, blitz the vegetables until pureed.
If the consistency is a little too thick, you can add some water or formula to thin it down.
