Spinach is a great source of iron and sweet potatoes are high in fiber and low in fat.

Ingredients

  • 150 g SuperValu Spinach
  • 1 - Sweet Potatoes peeled and cut into small chunks

Method

  1. Place the sweet potato into a pan with a little water and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and cook until very tender.
  3. Add the spinach to the pan and cook for a further minute. Remove from the heat and using a blender or food processor, blitz the vegetables until pureed.
  4. If the consistency is a little too thick, you can add some water or formula to thin it down.
