  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C/300°F/Gas Mark 2.
  2. Puree the banana and apricots and place in the base of an ovenproof dish.
  3. Mix the milk with the egg yolks and pour over the fruit puree.
  4. Place the dish in the centre of a baking tray and pour water around the tray until it’s over halfway over your dish.
  5. Cook in the oven for 18 - 20 minutes until set.
  6. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
