- Cook the rice as per pack instruction, drain and set aside.
- Cook the butternut squash and a sprinkling of pepper in a pan with a little water and cook for approx 10 minutes until tender, drain and place in a food processor.
- Add the chicken, rice and coriander and blend until smooth, use some breast milk or formula to thin the recipe if required.
