Butternut Squash, Chicken & Rice

  1. Cook the rice as per pack instruction, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the butternut squash and a sprinkling of pepper in a pan with a little water and cook for approx 10 minutes until tender, drain and place in a food processor.
  3. Add the chicken, rice and coriander and blend until smooth, use some breast milk or formula to thin the recipe if required.
