Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Brown Rice
  • 115 g SuperValu Butternut Squash cooked
  • 60 g SuperValu Fresh Chicken Fillets cooked
  • 0 tsp SuperValu Fresh Coriander fresh or ground

Method

(from 6 months)
  1. Cook the rice as per pack instruction, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the butternut squash and a sprinkling of pepper in a pan with a little water and cook for approx 10 minutes until tender, drain and place in a food processor.
  3. Add the chicken, rice and coriander and blend until smooth, use some breast milk or formula to thin the recipe if required.
