This heart warming dish can slow cook while you go about your day.

Ingredients
750gBeef Steak Mince
150mlBeef Stock
warm
3 - Carrots
diced
150gCheddar Cheese
grated
4cloveGarlic
chopped
0.5tspGround Cinnamon
2tspMixed Herbs
1tbspOil
2 - Onion
sliced
75gParmesan Cheese
grated
1kgPotato
roosters
3tbspRed Pesto
1pinchSalt and Pepper
2tbspWorcestershire Sauce
Method
Heat a large pan over high heat with a little oil and add in the meat.
Sear for 3 -5 minutes until coloured. Season with Worcestershire sauce, red pesto, cinnamon, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Remove from the heat.
Line a slow cooker bowl with about a third of the potatoes. Add half of the onion, carrot and garlic. Cover with half of the caramelised minced beef and half of the grated cheddar cheese.
Repeat the layering process with the second third of potatoes and the rest of the onions, beef and cheese.
Cover with the last third of the sliced potatoes and sprinkle with the parmesan and extra dried herb if desired.
Drizzle the beef stock over and cover with the lid.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes and beef are fully cooked. Do not open the lid during cooking time.
